Leadership means never forgetting who one is leading and why. As a leader many attributes are necessary, but one that I keep in the forefront of all actions and decisions is that of service. Leaders must serve with integrity, compassion, and grit. As a leader in CCSD, I owe my success to the students, teachers, and families I serve. The insurmountable amount of support and trust that is expressed to me has enabled me to grow as a leader. As an ever learning leader in CCSD, I am faithful to my purpose to serve and will continue to empower our most important leaders- our students.
